Hartford Athletic, DOL Host Sept. 16 Job. Fair

Hartford Athletic and the state Department of Labor are collaborating on the soccer team’s sixth annual Hiring Expo Sept. 16.

The expo will run from 10 am to 2 pm at Hartford’s Trinity Health Stadium, the team’s home ground.

Last year’s job fair attracted more than 1,000 job seekers and 80 employers from across industry sectors including finance, education, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, and law enforcement.

Expo partners include the Connecticut Department of Transportation, M&T Bank, Lyco Solutions, All Waste, Right at Home, Connecticut Council on Problem Gambling, Obey the Orange, USA Waste & Recycling, and DATTCO.

Employers and recruiters can reserve a table through the Hartford Athletic Hiring Expo website.

Table reservations are available until Sept. 7, 2026. Discounted pricing is available for reservations made on or before Aug. 10.

The expo is free to attend and jobseekers will also be provided with résumé assistance, interview strategies, and dressing advice.
