Cindy Capirchio is the director of human resources at CBIA.

She focuses on the organization’s HR development, strategic planning, recruitment, and employee retention.

As a diversity, equity and inclusion leader, she believes that by knowing ourselves, we are open to see and better understand others.

Prior to joining CBIA, Capirchio held various positions in the nonprofit, insurance, real estate, and manufacturing sectors.

Capirchio is a graduate of Springfield College.
