Alyssa Gorecki is CBIA’s chief financial officer, responsible for financial planning, compliance, and reporting for the organization and its affiliates, as well as human resources, office administration, and information technology.

As CFO, Gorecki brings financial oversight, operational insight, and a deep understanding of compliance and risk management to support sustainable business growth.

Prior to CBIA, Gorecki spent nine years working in the biotech industry, where she led corporate accounting functions, streamlined financial operations, and supported reporting and regulatory requirements.

She began her career as an auditor at Deloitte and RSM, where she gained foundational expertise in financial reporting and internal controls.

Gorecki is a CPA and a graduate of the University of Connecticut. She lives in West Hartford with her husband and young daughter.
