Rebecca (Becky) Nolan is an engagement manager at CBIA, responsible for supporting and promoting membership engagement and raising the awareness of the many products and services offered by CBIA.

A dynamic, self-motivated leader skilled in relationship building, Nolan has a comprehensive understanding of nurturing relationships with key stakeholders, government agencies, industry partners, and multinational organizations.

Nolan has over 30 years in business development positions and has held positions as the vice president of global business development, research, and municipal engagement at the MetroHartford Alliance, and most recently worked as a business development manager for an aerospace manufacturing establishment, raising approximately $4.2 million in training assistance.

Nolan is recognized by industry peers as a national Top 50 Economic Developer by Consultant Connect and was presented the Kenneth L. Roberts Lifetime Achievement Award by the Connecticut Economic Development Association for her contributions to the economic development field and impactful activities in Connecticut.

Nolan has served in a variety of executive board roles for the World Affairs Council of Connecticut, Bradley Development League, and the Connecticut Economic Development Association and just completed her tenure as president of the Connecticut-Westchester Chapter of CoreNet Global, an association for corporate real estate executives.

She is trained by the International Economic Development Council in business and strategic economic development and marketing and is a graduate of the Hartford Art School at the University of Hartford.

Nolan lives with her husband in Bloomfield.
