Since 2021, Shelby has helped CBIA members reduce energy costs and gain budget certainty through a consultative approach to energy procurement.

Passionate about energy policy, Shelby helps advocate for a sensible, pragmatic approach to energy policies in Connecticut on behalf of CBIA members.

Prior to his work at CBIA, Shelby spent five years as a residential energy efficiency and solar consultant in Connecticut.
