He helps organizations navigate challenges, expand their networks, access valuable resources, and engage with Connecticut’s business community.

Before joining CBIA, Callahan worked as an account executive at New York Life Group Benefit Solutions, where he advised organizations on employee benefits.

A lifelong Connecticut resident, Callahan holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut.
