Commercial real estate services firm CBRE delivered its greater Hartford market forecast last Friday. Expectations are solidly optimistic for 2015.
Overall, 2014 saw space being filled and vacancy rates dropping throughout greater Hartford.
The biggest news centered on industrial space. Vacancies for industrial properties plummeted to 12%, down from 18% at this time last year. CBRE’s industrial brokers have confidence this positive trend will continue.
In addition, there are expectations that conditions are favorable for speculative construction and custom build-to-suit industrial projects in the region.
