After the Storm: Friday Economic Summit

The 2018 Economic Summit + Outlook will be held as scheduled in Hartford January 5 following Thursday’s winter storm.
Christopher Swift, The Hartford’s chairman and CEO, headlines Friday’s summit, one of the biggest business events of the year, at the Hartford Marriott Downtown.

Keynote speaker: The Hartford’s Christopher Swift.

Swift, who has led the insurance giant since 2014, was recently appointed to the state’s Commission on Fiscal Stability and Economic Growth, created as part of the bipartisan budget adopted by the legislature in October.
You’ll also hear from top state and national economists as they explore the budget’s impact on Connecticut’s fiscal health and solutions for growing the economy.
