A recent HR & Safety post discussed the consequences of employee financial stress and how, if left untreated, it can adversely impact the workplace in areas such as productivity, healthcare costs, and retention, among others.
The article included references to elements of a successful financial wellness education program, but we thought it would be even better if you had a local prescription for implementing a financial wellness initiative.
CBIA’s Education and Workforce Partnership has urged companies to consider a free budget coaching service provided through United Way.
United Way Volunteer Budget Coaches (VBC) learn valuable skills, receive coaching training, and make a difference in the lives of your employees and the communities where they live and work.
