A couple of months ago, Industrial Safety & Hygiene News did an online survey on the state of OSHA and all things safety.
Interesting observations from the survey included:
- The strong preference for OSHA’s use of educational tools and programs (78%)
- Disdain for the new requirements for electronic recordkeeping and posting of employer injury/illness records (61% disapproval)
- Mixed reviews of the shelved injury and illness prevention program—I2Ps (51% favored eliminating it; 49% preferred that the proposal proceed)
We would love to hear your views on these topics and other safety issues.
Please take our two-minute survey. The results will be published in the May CBIA Safety and Health News.
