Calling All Makers! It’s the Third Annual Greater Hartford Mini Maker Faire

In partnership with the Regional Center for Next Generation Manufacturing (RCNGM), CBIA Education and Workforce Partnership is organizing the third annual Greater Hartford Mini Maker Faire and looking for makers to share their innovations.

Greater Hartford Mini Maker Faire

Saturday, October 7, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Tunxis Community College, Farmington

This free, family-friendly celebration of invention and creativity is open to people of all ages who are interested in creating, making, building, innovating, tinkering, hacking, engineering, designing, or connecting.

Those interested in showcasing their products and innovations can apply to be a maker on the Maker Faire website.

Individuals, groups, schools, clubs, libraries, and others are all eligible to be makers.

Applicants who are chosen by a review panel to participate receive a 10’x10’ area at no charge. A table and two chairs are provided. Those applicants who wish to sell their inventions/crafts/artwork may be asked to pay a fee for their booth space.
