Democrat Wins 94th House

Democrat Robyn Porter won a special election last week to fill a vacancy in the 94th House District (Hamden and New Haven) that opened when the previous representative, Gary Holder-Winfield, won a special election to the State Senate for the 10th District.
With Rep. Porter’s election, the House tally is 97 Democrats and 54 Republicans.
