Manufacturing Caucus Meets

Issues & Policies

Legislators, Connecticut manufacturers, and various business groups from across the state came to the year’s first meeting of the legislature’s Manufacturing Caucus last week.
The caucus heard a number of concerns from manufacturers, CBIA, and our association partners, focusing on the state’s overall business climate, fiscal health, workforce development, and specific regulatory concerns.
CBIA is in the process of summarizing and putting into writing for the caucus opportunities for improvement, which it hopes to share at the next meeting of the caucus on Thursday, Feb. 18.
