Connecticut business leaders have the chance to connect with the nation’s policymakers in January.

CBIA is organizing its inaugural Washington, D.C. Fly-In Jan. 14, 2026 through Jan. 16, 2026.

The three-day event offers a front-row seat to the federal decision-making progress—how it shapes business operations, influences workforce strategies, and impacts growth.

“Policy decisions in Washington have a significant impact on Connecticut businesses,” CBIA president and CEO Chris DiPentima said.

“This is a chance for executives to build relationships, gain insights, and bring home new strategies.”

The trip kicks off Wednesday evening with a welcome reception in Washington, followed by a full day of meetings, tours, and networking Thursday.

It finishes Friday with breakfast and a featured speaker.
