Nuovo Pasta Names Tom Quinn President, COO

Stratford-based Nuovo Pasta Productions, Ltd. named Tom Quinn president and chief operating officer Dec. 29.

In his new role, Quinn will manage the day-to-day activities of the company, including its three production facilities and distribution center.

He also leads the executive team to develop tactics to ensure the success of strategic objectives.

Nuovo Pasta is a leading national producer of premium refrigerated pasta and sauce founded in 1989. 

Quinn has been with the company since 2004. 

He serves as chair of the National Pasta Association’s Government Affairs Committee, Membership Committee, and Billion Meal Challenge. 

He is also an active member of CBIA, chair of the Bridgeport Regional Business Council, and serves on the board of Meals on Main.
