Bauer Names Michael Auletta President 

Aerospace components manufacturer Bauer Inc. has named Michael Auletta as its new president. 

In the role, Auletta will lead the company’s global growth strategy, focusing on strengthening customer partnerships and aligning the organization to meet increasing demand. 

The company exports to more than 80 countries. 

Auletta has held leadership roles at Bauer since joining the company in 2015. 

He spent several years based in Singapore, where he helped expand Bauer’s presence across the Asia-Pacific region. 

After returning to the U.S., Auletta led Bauer’s aftermarket business and, most recently, oversaw global sales and marketing. 

The Bristol-based company traces its roots to the early 1900s. 

Last year, Auletta and the Bauer team were named the U.S. Small Business Administration’s 2025 National Exporter of the Year. 

Auletta was also named to the Hartford Business Journal’s 2025 Forty Under 40 list.
