Mohegan Adds to Leadership Team

Mohegan announced two new appointments to its leadership team.

Joe Lobe was named senior vice president, chief legal officer, and general counsel, and Kelly Sullivan was named senior vice president and chief people officer.

Lobe will oversee the company’s global legal, compliance, and risk management functions.

He will also serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team.

Lobe most recently served as acting chief legal officer and has been with Mohegan since 2008.

He has held leadership roles spanning mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and organizational governance.

Strategy, Culture

Sullivan will lead Mohegan’s enterprise-wide people strategy and culture initiatives.

She will oversee global human capital strategy, including talent, organizational design, and team member development.

Sullivan most recently served as vice president of people operations.

“Joe and Kelly are both highly respected leaders whose long tenure at Mohegan and deep institutional knowledge have been instrumental to our success,” said Mohegan chief operating officer Joe Hasson.

“Their leadership, expertise, and commitment to our organization strengthen our executive team as we continue to grow, evolve, and build on our position as a global leader in gaming entertainment and hospitality.”
