Paul Urbanowicz Jr. is a Connecticut native. He began his career at InCord in Colchester 15 years ago and has not looked back.

Over the years he moved up the ranks at the company. He now serves as the safety netting manufacturer’s chief operations officer.

Urbanowicz said he loves living in Connecticut for many reasons, including its seasons.

At InCord, he enjoys the pace of work, and the fact that no day is the same.

He said reducing taxes is at the top of the list of what would make Connecticut a better place to live.

“Taxes are always a bit too high for my liking and for our company’s liking as well,” Urbanowicz said.

“It would help if they could promote small businesses and really promote manufacturing in our state.”

Urbanowicz said tax incentives are important for small businesses to continue their operations.
