MEDIA ADVISORY: Governor Malloy Speaks at Business Day

Hundreds of business leaders from across the state will converge on the State Capitol on Wednesday, March 8 for Connecticut Business Day 2017.
They will share their concerns with lawmakers on a number of issues including the state’s fiscal condition, workforce development, workplace mandates, and more.
Connecticut Business Day 2017 is hosted by CBIA and the Connecticut Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives, in coordination with numerous state chambers of commerce and business and professional organizations.
The day’s program begins at 10 am at the Legislative Office Building (Room 2C). Governor Malloy is expected to make remarks at 10:15 am.
The morning includes a 2017 legislative update. Attendees will meet with their state legislators on the first floor of the State Capitol as both the House and Senate will be in session.
