Workers’ Compensation Council

11.04.2015
Issues & Policies

Composed primarily of managers and other professionals responsible for their company’s workers’ compensation programs, this group identifies and provides input on CBIA’s workers’ compensation public policy initiatives.
This includes our review of court actions that can lead to CBIA’s involvement as an amicus party.
This group also monitors the activities of the state offices that are responsible for administering or overseeing the state’s workers’ compensation system.
Council members frequently meet with regulators and legislators to help improve the workers’ compensation system.
