CBIA’s group dental plans only require 40% participation to take advantage of these affordable benefits.
Voluntary Dental Plans
Our voluntary dental plans are designed to be budget-friendly, offering employees the choice to enroll and manage their costs. CBIA’s voluntary plans, provided through Ameritas, enable employers to reduce benefit expenses, while offering employees the opportunity to purchase benefits at group rates, conveniently deducted from their payroll. CBIA Health Connections presents a selection of plans, both with and without orthodontic coverage, and imposes no requirements for participation.
