The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration is reminding employers to submit their 2018 OSHA Form 300A, a summary of work-related injuries and illnesses.

The Form 300A requirement pertains to companies with 250 employees that are required to keep OSHA injury and records, and companies with 25 to 249 employees in certain industries.

Here is a list of those industries.

Companies can submit their 300A forms through OSHA’s website.
