Workplace Perks Drive Millennial Choices

In a recent study, financial services company Guardian Life reports that two-thirds of workers rate employee benefits, including company perks, as “very important” when choosing whether or not to stay with their current employers.

A Glassdoor Employment Confidence Survey finds almost 80% of employees would rather have new or additional benefits than a raise—a number that jumps to 90% for millennials.

And Internet grocer Peapod finds workplace perks, including free snacks, drive job offer decision-making for 66% of millennials, as this infographic explains.
