A career exploration technology platform for Connecticut students is looking for employers to engage in the initiative.

The Governor’s Workforce Council and economic development agency AdvanceCT initially launched a pilot program with tech company UpperCampus in the summer of 2021.

Since then, upwards of 75,000 students from more than a dozen universities have joined the mobile app and website CampusCT

The platform is intended to increase student awareness about the state’s opportunities for students post graduation, including the wide range of employers and lifestyle offerings in various cities and towns.

Students can learn about participating company’s mission, culture, DEI efforts, jobs, and internships on the app.

Leaders said CampusCT’s team will also facilitate several live events in the coming year, including sponsored networking, lunch and learns, and onsite tours.

Interested employers can contact AdvanceCT director of partnerships Lisa Mercurio or email campusct@advancect.org.
