New Britain-based manufacturer AVNA announced a new addition to its leadership team this week.

Aaron Mambrino has been named the company’s president and CFO.

She will lead key strategic initiatives across the organization, including operational performance, profitability improvement, talent development, and information technology strategy.

“We are excited to welcome Aaron into this leadership role,” AVNA CEO Jason Howey said.

“Her experience, strategic perspective, and operational expertise will be instrumental as we continue to grow and strengthen AVNA.”

Long-Term Performance

Howey said Mambrino will play an important role in guiding the company’s continued growth and supporting the long-term health and performance.

AVNA has three locations—two in Connecticut and one in Costa Rica.

Its roots date back to 1911 when it was B. Jahn Manufacturing, before becoming OKAY Industries in 1968 and AVNA in January 2024.

“Her experience, strategic perspective, and operational expertise will be instrumental as we continue to grow and strengthen AVNA.”

She also currently serves as a member of the AVNA board of directors.
