When was your company founded?

1965.

How many employees work for your company?

70.

What products does your company manufacture? Who are your customers?

We manufacture standard and custom tooling for the following market segments: medical, pharmaceutical, metal-forming, metal fabricating, stamping, ammunition, HVAC, electronic, automotive, aerospace, can-end, packaging, industrial, etc.

Why did you choose manufacturing?

I enjoy the challenge of making something that serves the greater good.

What makes your company unique?

Our focus is entirely on our customers and serving their needs. We are very good at developing new parts and components. We have excellent quality and capabilities.

Why did you choose Connecticut?

We lived here.

What is the greatest advantage to operating in Connecticut?

Our people.

Where do you see your company in five years? Ten years?

Growing 8% each year, significantly expanding the capabilities of our people, processes, and technologies to exceed the future needs of our customers.

What’s the main thing policymakers could implement to make your company more competitive?

Encourage our youth towards a career in manufacturing.
