The state’s largest business organization today announced three new staff appointments to its membership and communications teams. 

Stacey Vendetta and Ashley Luzon joined CBIA’s membership team and Ali Warshavsky is the organization’s new media and public relations manager.

"Following an unprecedented year, we are able to grow and strengthen our organization,” said CBIA president and CEO Chris DiPentima. “These new team members join us at a time of tremendous opportunity.” 

Vendetta will work throughout Tolland, New London, New Haven and Middlesex counties as a membership engagement and relationship manager.

She has held consultative sales roles at the MetroHartford Alliance, Hartford Club, and the Hartford Business Journal.

Luzon is CBIA’s Fairfield County-based engagement and relationship manager and joins the organization after years as a consultant in the healthcare industry.

She earned her master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology at Iona College, and also holds a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Oneonta.

Warshavsky will showcase the work of the organization across all messaging platforms as well as host CBIA’s popular BizCast podcast program.

Prior to joining CBIA, she was a broadcast journalist for television and radio stations in New York, North Carolina, and Connecticut.
