Hubbard-Hall Expands National Presence

Waterbury-based Hubbard-Hall is making moves to strengthen its geographic reach and technical capabilities.
The specialty chemical manufacturer announced it acquired assets of JSA/Metalline Corporation, a Wisconsin-based distributor serving the plating and general metal finishing industries.
The acquisition positions the company to deliver enhanced service and support to manufacturers in the midwest.
“It’s exciting to think about the benefits we can bring to our customers by combining JSA’s responsive sales team with Hubbard-Hall’s deep technical bench,” Hubbard-Hall president and CEO Molly Kellogg said.
“JSA/Metalline has a great reputation for service, and we look forward to building their legacy.”
Shared Approach
The two companies already share similar business philosophies, prioritizing customer service and providing hands-on technical support.
The business expansion provides customers with a deeper technical bench and expanded product offerings.
