DoorDash is partnering with the MetroHartford Alliance and the city of Hartford to give local entrepreneurs a one-day boost to support growth and efficiency.

The May 12 hands-on workshop brings practical tools, expert guidance, and local resources together in a single day, tailored to the realities of running a small business.

The free training is open to independently owned restaurants and retail businesses with three or fewer locations and a brick-and-mortar storefront in Hartford.

Hands-On Training Opportunity

Business owners will receive hands-on training to help grow their operations both on and off the DoorDash platform, along with guidance on new tools, including AI-powered solutions that can help streamline operations and reach new customers.

Participants will receive $1,000 in DoorDash ad credits.

They’ll also be connected to local resources to help navigate permitting, regulations, and other common hurdles.

The workshop includes several additional perks—including professional headshots and the opportunity to schedule a complimentary photoshoot of a business’s most popular menu items.

Space is limited, and organizers are encouraging business owners to apply early.

The application is open through April 24. The workshop itself is being held May 12 in Hartford.
