Legal Affairs Council

Our Legal Affairs Council challenges court and government administrative rulings that could negatively affect the business community. It regularly files amicus briefs supporting its positions.
The council is composed of general counsels from member companies with an interest in identifying federal and state litigation that could have an impact on the state’s business climate.
