Pursuit Aerospace Acquires Chicago Manufacturer

Manchester-based aerospace manufacturer Pursuit Aerospace has acquired of Larson Forgings, Inc.
Founded in Chicago in 1895, Larson provides seamless rolled rings and open die forgings.
The company serves OEM and Tier 1 aerospace and defense customers including Pratt & Whitney.

Pursuit said the acquisition reinforces its commitment to delivering high-quality engine parts.
“We are excited to be able to expand our existing forging capabilities and offer an even greater variety of forged aerospace components to our valued customers,” said Pursuit chief commercial officer Ben Adams.
Pursuit is a global manufacturer of complex aircraft engine components.
The company was formed in 2023 with the merger of Whitcraft Group and Paradigm Precision.
