ADNET Technologies Expands, Acquires New York Firm

Rocky Hill-based information technology firm ADNET Technologies has acquired New York company Tech II Business Services. 

It comes as the IT services, cloud, and cybersecurity provider looks to expand its growth across the Northeast. 

ADNET officials said the acquisition of Saratoga Springs-based Tech II brings together two strong teams of IT professionals and creates a regional technology services company. 

“Our decision to bring Tech II into ADNET Technologies was inspired by the strength of Tech II’s talented team of technologists, technical staff and administrative support members,” ADNET CEO Christopher Luise said. 

“Attracting, developing and retaining technology talent is the lifeblood of managed IT services providers—enabling innovation, accelerating our growth and ensuring outstanding customer service.”

Luise said the partnership gives the company access to new talent and resources that will improve opportunities as they combine national capabilities with a human-centered approach.
