Workers Offered Raises for Tattooing Company Logo

A New York realtor is promising each of his 800 employees a permanent 15% pay raise: not for doing any additional work, but for getting a tattoo of the company’s logo.

The owner says the idea came to him after an employee voluntarily inked the realty company’s logo on himself. The tattoo can be of any size, anywhere on the employee’s body.

Forty of the employees have already taken the owner up on the incentive. He has yet to get tattooed himself, but says he will “eventually.”
