A  sub-payor group established by Chairman John Mastropietro of the state Workers’ Compensation Commission met last week to begin discussing how data/measures could be collected to analyze the impact of the facility fee schedule that took effect on April 1, 2015. 

Laura Backus Hall, State Relations Executive for NCCI, will be presenting before CBIA’s Workers’ Compensation Council on Monday, September 21,at 1 pm at CBIA’s office, 350 Church Street, 3rd Floor.
