“This promotion reflects her deep expertise, strong leadership skills, and the important role she continues to play across CBIA.
“Diane will bring the same passion, care, and employment law expertise she shares with our members to our own legal and HR planning.”

“It’s a privilege to help our members through their difficult—and often frightening and frustrating legal challenges,” Mokriski said.
“Their trust means so much to me, and I’m excited to invest that same energy in an area I care about just as much as our members—CBIA itself.”

Mokriski represented clients at administrative agencies such as the Connecticut Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Department of Labor, as well as state and federal lower and appellate courts.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from Colgate University and earned her law degree from the University of Connecticut.
