Bregman & Company Merges with Fiondella, Milone & LaSaracina

Two notable Connecticut accounting firms are joining forces. 

Fiondella, Milone & LaSaracina LLP and Brehman & Company PC completed a merger earlier this month. 

The merger increases FML’s staff to more than 120-full time professionals, 18 partners, and 42 CPAs. 

In addition, Bregman & Company’s Stamford and Avon offices will now operate as a division of FML, growing the company’s footprint in the state. 

Headquartered in Glastonbury, FML provides assurance, tax and advisory services. 

‘Outstanding Reputation’

“For decades, Bregman & Company has had an outstanding reputation in Connecticut and beyond,” FML CPAs managing partner Jeff Fiondella said. 

“We value the expertise and longevity of Bregman’s staff.”

Bregman CPAs Owen Bregman and Eliot Bassin joined FML CPAs as partners, and Bregman founder Herb Bregman will continue to practice in the firm’s Stamford office.

“This growth-based merger will provide additional resources to better serve our clients,” Owen Bregman said.
