Those who are eligible for a COVID-19 vaccination in Connecticut have multiple scheduling options, as outlined below.
As of Feb. 23, 2021, eligibility for those who live or work in Connecticut is based on age, as follows:
- Ages 65 and older: eligible now
- Ages 55-65: March 1, 2021
- Ages 45-54: March 19, 2021
- Ages 16-44: April 1, 2021
If you have already heard from your medical provider about receiving the vaccine, then continue to work with them to ensure you get an appointment scheduled.
If you already have an account with the state's Vaccine Administration Management System, schedule your appointment through VAMS.

Call the state's Vaccine Appointment Assist Line (877.918.2224), seven days a week from 8 am to 8 pm for scheduling at select sites. Due to high volume, hold times may vary.
