All Connecticut residents and workers aged five years and older are eligible for COVID-19 vaccinations.
In addition, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends that all vaccinated people aged 18 and older get a booster shot. You are eligible for a booster shot six months after receiving your second Pfizer or Moderna shot or the single dose Johnson & Johnson shot.
Health insurance and a state-issued ID are not required for vaccinations. You will not be turned away if you do not have health insurance or an ID.

Call the state's Vaccine Appointment Assist Line (877.918.2224), seven days a week from 8 am to 8 pm for scheduling at select sites.
