Conval Names Scott Allard President
An Enfield valve manufacturer has a new leader.
Conval chair and owner Frank Siver announced Scott Allard as the company’s president.
Allard replaces Don Curtin, who retired after more than two decades.
Allard has a long track record in the valve manufacturing industry. He held a number of roles at various companies ranging from engineering to general management to sales.
“Scott brings experience, energy and a strong team approach to doing business,” Silver said.
“His positive leadership style, coupled with a no-nonsense approach to communicating goals and expectations, will take the company to the next level.”
Starting off his career as an engineer, Allard has focused on flow control products for specialized end user markets including the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Navy, power, oil, and gas.
