2026 National Civics Bee Connecticut State Finals

Nina Mattamana, an eighth-grade student at Kingswood Oxford School in West Hartford, took first place, edging out four other middle school students from around Connecticut. 

Mattamana now advances to the National Civics Bee in Washington, D.C. this fall.
