Employment and labor law firm Littler has added Sean Fisher to its New Haven office as a special counsel.

Fisher most recently served as a legal director and firm counsel at Brenner, Saltzman & Wallman LLP.

“Sean‘s 25 years of civil litigation experience will be a tremendous asset to our New Haven office and the broader firm,” said Littler’s New Haven office managing shareholder Paula Anthony.

Fisher’s experience includes representing clients in employment matters, federal and state discrimination law claims, restrictive covenants, common law duties of loyalty, and trade secret theft.

“With extensive trial experience, comprehensive knowledge of employment law and proficient counseling capabilities, he will be an invaluable trusted advisor to our clients,” Anthony said.

Fisher also serves as counsel to the Federal Grievance Committee of the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, where he advises the FGC concerning attorney disciplinary matters and represents the FGC’s interests in court.

Littler has more than 1,900 labor and employment attorneys in its offices around the world. The firm has offices in dozens of states including Connecticut.
