CBIA Expands Business Human Resources Support Team

Experienced employment law attorney Delmarina López [pictured above,] has joined CBIA, Connecticut’s largest business organization, as associate human resources counsel.
López brings extensive experience in law, human resources, and public service to her role as a trusted resource for CBIA members.
She has a proven record of helping businesses navigate workplace challenges through strategic policy development and operational solutions.
Prior to joining CBIA, López served as a city councilor in Chicopee, MA addressing labor relations, governance issues, and policy improvements that impacted the community and local businesses.
She also founded Delmarina López Consulting, advising small and mid-sized businesses on HR compliance, operational strategies, and workplace training.
